This was my first visit with Dr Couch and staff and they were welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable. My dental needs were taken care of and I will definitely be returning.
Today was my first visit to Dr. Couch’s dental office in Thousand Oaks. The office staff work together to create a seamless patient experience. They are welcoming, totally engaged in the business of providing superb dental care. Clearly, this is the expectation set by Dr. Couch, who is a maven of best dental care practices. Dr. Couch is a great dentist and has a fantastic personality.
I really like Dr. Couch. He did a great job on my 2 crowns. However, when one of my crowns lost some of its ceramic on my back molar, I called to get a repair done. The person on the phone started already to sell me on a crown even though I told her that I only want a repair. I got a distinct feeling that I would show up at the office and would ONLY be offered a replacement by the staff upfront. I like Dr. Couch but I cannot say the same about the front office staff.
