Dr Raskin found a melanoma on my neck and excised it right away. Painless too
This was my first visit to Dr Raskin’s office in Pleasant Hill. I checked in for my appointment on time and waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes before being called in. Because of the delay, without explanation, I had to reschedule other appointments for that morning. The office sent my prescription order from Dr Raskin to the wrong pharmacy even after I had provided the information when I checked in. I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this office was so unprofessional and disrespectful that I feel compelled to warn others.I had a 3:30 PM appointment with Dr. Raskin at the Pleasant Hill location. I arrived on time and was brought into an exam room within a few minutes. After someone took my basic information, I was asked to change into a gown and wait for the doctor. I like Dr Raskin's chairside manner. Staff was friendly, and helpful.
You can't go wrong with this doctor.
Dr. Raskin and his staff are very efficient and thorough. Dr. Raskin also gives great explanations regarding conditions and treatments. My husband and myself highly recommend their office!!
Staff are rude and have me waited for more than an hour. Entitled staff and talk to you like you do not matter and your time do not matter! I have an appointment at 9 am and told them that i’ve been waiting for an hour she answered 30 mins your schedule is 9:30 which is absolutely wrong. Unapologetic! Do not go here, worst Dr.’s office experience!
