I like Dr Raskin's chairside manner. Staff was friendly, and helpful.

Dr. Raskin and his staff are very efficient and thorough. Dr. Raskin also gives great explanations regarding conditions and treatments. My husband and myself highly recommend their office!!
Staff are rude and have me waited for more than an hour. Entitled staff and talk to you like you do not matter and your time do not matter! I have an appointment at 9 am and told them that i’ve been waiting for an hour she answered 30 mins your schedule is 9:30 which is absolutely wrong. Unapologetic! Do not go here, worst Dr.’s office experience!

Very time efficient check up, though with no compromise in the quality of inspection provided
He talked in terms I could understand. Didn't just look at my skin and poke me with liquid nitrogen. He examined my skin and explained there was nothing that needed treatment. I had a patch on my back that I could not see and he explained what it was and there was no reason for concern.He asked lots of questions. I did not feel hustled like some of the other dermatologists I have seen.
Visited Dr. Raskin for a brown spot on my nose. His nurse asked me to undress so he can examine my body for skin cancer, which he did not do, She gave me paper sheets to cover my body. I had a lesion removed in 2003, he looked at my nose sprayed it and told me it is not cancerous, he did not check any other area. When leaving, I asked his office to give me report on my visit, which stated that the brown spot is called Actinic Keratoses and to avoid sun. He spent very little time with me with no other advise. This guy is a joke. I waited 30 minutes and was told it would be another 30 before I got seen. The Reason "that's how Dr Raskin operates". Like that explains it. He books in way too many patients and does not care if you sit there for an hour waiting. He obviously thinks that his time is more important than yours. I ended up having to leave without being seen as I had to pick my daughter up and didn't expect to be there for over an hour for a simple check-up. Go elsewhere.
