I went in to this store only because of the final sales, I have lived in new Rochelle all my life. I went in there looking to buy some blinds and I asked the owner a few questions and right away his demeanor was unappealing and quite unprofessional. He proceeded to condescend me for not knowing the size/ measurements of the blinds…In my opinion, he seemed bothered to answer questions but I’m sorry aren’t you the expert here? I guess not. The owners of this shop have always treated me and my family so poorly. They are so overtly racist. Good thing they are closing down finally.
There are so many nice things in this store. Workers very helpful and friendly. I used to come with my mom awhile ago for curtains, towels, yarn, and other nice things. I wish you didn't have to close because this place was the only good place The Curtain Shop to get what you needed in New Rochelle, N.Y.

The staff at this store is lovely. It’s the owner that’s a complete jerk. Twelve years ago he cut blinds to narrow so there was sunlight coming in waking sleeping babies. He refused to fix it ,after all this time i had not set foot in his store. Then I said I’m being silly so went in for a couple things. Ask to come out and measure for some blinds, he declined said he wasn’t helping me but helping himself! Mind you this was never about the money but the unbelievable attitude.
