Curt was kind enough to show us a house he was selling when we first started looking in Athens. His laid back but VERY knowledgeable vibe was a perfect match for us. He really perfectly threads the needle of hands off (this is your choice, no pressure) vs. hands on (this is info you rly need). We are thrilled with our house, all the help he gave us, and how he rly made us feel at home in Athens before we ever moved here.
