Well you could start by sending licensed plumbers who know what they're doing... And "Denise" needs to find another job if how she conducted herself on the phone is considered customer service.
Curt & Jerry have been there for us for over 30 years. I can always depend on this company to provide excellent service every time at a reasonable price.
Homeowner We had several companies tell us that they could not fix our problem without digging up our yard and replacing the pipe which comes with a very high price tag but Curt & Jerry Sewer Service came to my house and resolved our problem in a short amount of time for 175.00. I could not ask for better service or more friendly people to work with. I will always call on them if needed.
Kurt & Jerry I've used these guys for years, they always seem to be right around the corner when i have a drain problem. Iv'e always had a pleasant experience with them (even when they're doing the "dirty work") I would call them back in a heartbeat if i get another clog.
Poor customer service Was yelled at on the phone by the lady who schedules appointments and was turned over to a debt collection agency for a bill that was PAID. Additionally, on 11.5.2008, I was billed $75.00 to have my sewage drain cleaned. Three weeks later the drain backed up again and I was told that I would have to pay the full price of $175.00 even though they had just serviced my drain three weeks prior.
