I placed my order at 1:25 PM to deliver 1 paratha and 1 Masala Kaju and it took more two and half hour (2.5 Hrs) to get delivered at my house which is approx 2 miles away from restaurants. I called twice to get update on my order and both time got same excuses that delivery person would be reaching shortly and we are busy today- these were excuses given to me.
