You all do have good food. The customer service is...beyond bad. At least it has been the last two times I have gone. I am not even picky...at all. And I’ve worked in the industry and know how stupid people can be. But I barely could get a water refill and there were THREE customers in. Not once did anyone check in on me. We stopped by for lunch as Bombay Cuisine was closed for construction. The good: Most of the small buffet was vegan. The bad: 2 offerings were chickpeas. There is no option of ordering from the menu.The vegan food was bland, to say the least. Two small pieces of naan did not arrive until more than 8 minutes after we were seated. Amazing food with plenty of veggie options! Great little place that was very busy!
I made a call in order. The lady that answered the phone was rude. I asked for a 845 pick up. She responded when it's done it is done pick it up then. I said I would like to pick up at 845 and she hung up the phone on me. When I called back she said what do you want. I said to speak to a manager or an owner. I used to work there so this is not in their norm to be this rude. She refused me of speaking to either. So they will be reported to BBB and also the FTC. one of my favorite places to go for indian cuisine. excellent lunch buffet that tends to offer a multitude of choices, with vegan options on the daily. indian cuisine can incorporate a lot of ingredients and require a lot of layering of flavors and technique that goes into each dish, that being said one of the main elements that i generally look for when enjoying indian food, is a level of consistency. curry kitchen excels at delivering flavorful consistency in their cuisine time and time again, that in itself is a challenge... read more
