Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Would you recommend this dentist to others? I Already Have Does this provider take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Yes, they gave me one when I asked Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Procedure went well and was quick. They weren't very thorough on explaining post-op care prior to the procedure, but they did give me a handout of information and instructions. The one negative is every time I call I have to leave a message and wait for a call back.

Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

Yes Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Not at all; cheap and plastic Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.
