Great product with great employees. However, it's shameful that when the company's vacation policy changed to 'earn as you go', the end result was every employee losing an entire year of vacation benefits for a loss of nearly $3500 each for many workers and over $2 million of potential spending power sucked right out of the community. This does not set a very good example for corporate citizenship.
