Verified Renter Still absolutely love it here at Acoma, almost a year later!! There are only a few issues and that is to say those issues are a FEW residents unfortunately. However those are everywhere so I suppose I'm in the best community building I could be. Space for price is unmatched. Not to mention this remodel is extremely exciting, can't wait for it to be complete! Let's Go Acoma!!

Honest review! If I can give this property a zero I would. Believe me those pictures are not how it is. Me & my finance went to see because we were so excited when seeing pics online, but were so beyond disappointed that I can’t even express how bad it was. The outdoor area is dirty and the unit was terrible. Old and awful! Also the complex is so confusing. Save yourself the trip and choose somewhere else to call home.

looking to leave price point brought me here. Unfortunately parents don’t manage kids, & the apartment doesn’t manage their property. folks steal from the gym, from the package room, and from the garage. no hardware on cabinets. appliances older than I am.

Verified Renter Quality build, nice spacious units, tall ceilings, very friendly staff! One of a kind place in Denver. A lot of the newer buildings looks nice with the amenities but this place gives you the best bang for the buck with actual apartment size, and updated amenities are currently in construction.
