Verified Renter There are a lot of things I love about my apartment. The vaulted ceilings, the enormous tub, the walk-in closet, the balconies, and the modern touches are just a few. The community is kept very clean and in excellent repair, and the management has always been very responsive and courteous. I also like the easy access to the 163 and the 5, and the location is close enough to Little Italy's action without being in the middle of the craziness. Worst customer experience ever! I wish I could give 0 rating. Let me start with the day that we called. The concierge said we couldn’t make an appointment because people are moving in and out and we are not available to show any apartments. We were told we can come by Wednesday to see the available places as a walk in. The next day we even went to the complex to make sure we would be able to see at least one apartment or make an appointment. I have to emphasize this We WANTED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TWICE!
