There’s still work to be done on the dog wash and new community event space, but excited to start using the new gym. Hopefully the coffee machine moves or the WiFi gets fixed in the mailroom because the coffee machine is not functional with that. Happy to see some community events happening again. Verified Renter I have loved living here so far! Great building and amenities, and an even better staff to work with. Plus, I have a beautiful view of the mountains that I get to enjoy every day.
Everything was in terrible condition and they will nickle and dime you for everything Unsafe and poorly maintained. Outlets damaged devices, the dryer vent hose was never installed creating a fire hazard, and there were holes around plumbing, cabinets, and windows. Even with weekly pest control, roaches constantly entered through these gaps, made worse by overflowing dumpsters. Despite all this, management charged massive lease break fees, required 60 days’ notice, and still withheld part of my deposit. Avoid this property.
Do not move here! Not one to write reviews but I feel I have to. What an absolute nightmare living at this place! I would give negative reviews if I could. We moved here in January and the place was dirty when we moved in and several things were broken. Their electrical outlet killed two of our appliances. Under my bathroom sink there was a cockroach trap glued to the wall to cover a hole! Shortly after living there we started seeing cockroaches, scorpions, and other bugs in our apartment daily. Verified Renter Beautiful views from every angle. Hot tub is actually "hot" - not luke warm :) It will be interesting once the renovation is complete... like a whole different atmosphere.
Verified Renter The pool is lovely and I like the dog bar they have near the elevator. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Gym is nice and I like the windows that allow you to see outside during your workout.
