This dr. did something terrible to me, he removed a perfectly functioning, healthy Thyroid gland (zero disease) without ever discussing this with me. I had a fully encapsulated tumor (cancerous) on the right side of my neck that had not spread for years, or encroached the Thyroid at all. He was supposed to remove the tumor and repair the right side of my Thyroid IF necessary. The lab work shows that it had never even needed repair, but while in surgery he took the entire gland out.
