Really enjoyed the staff's helpful works helping us find an apartment. So many extra's you get for leasing with them.
I presently rent from this company and I will not be doing it again. They are extremely unprofessional. I rent a unit that has a shared parking lot, which constantly gets full by people who are not tenants. I and other tenants have called multiple about this. More often than not the problem is not addressed and even ignored. Due to this I have stopped trying. I am writing this review because I came home to find them towing my car. I rented with Curran & Company my whole college career and had a very good experience! Staff was always friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff was prompt and informational. The only thing I didn't like was the rent being raised every renewal every year by $10-$20. It's minimal but that amount adds up. I would rent from them again Ina heart beat though!
Not pet friendly and has an income minimum that most on disability cannot afford. Otherwise looks good, if you can afford them
Too bad you are not pet friendly!!! Even some of the hotels in Marquette are pet friendly.
The staff are amazingly kind! Paperwork prior to moving in was minimal and maintenance staff are great! Love, love, love the location too!
Very friendly staff here!! They even allow Pets :-)
