One of the best places I have lived. Moved in to Wedgewood when it was brand new and stayed there for over 5 years. The Townhomes are quiet and very nice. The staff was always accommodating and courteous. Had no issues with maintenance and they always took care of things within a day. My Fiance' worked Night Shift and I work day shift and neither of us had issues with being able to sleep. Recommend Wedgewood to anyone looking for an upscale, affordable place to live. Strongly believe that day will not happen
The office staff was great to work with, with me and all my roommates. They have always been more than willing to assist me with all my questions. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and timely with fixing things. Renting from Curran and Co. has all around been a wonderful experience!

I lived in one of Curran and Co.'s townhouses for 2 years and had a great experience! They were very understanding and responded to issues, questions, etc., promptly. They kept the grass cut, parking lot plowed, and even occasionally planned events for their tenants. I really loved the townhouse itself, it had nice appliances and for the most part you couldn't hear your neighbors unless they were blasting music/television. Great family neighborhood, no complaints!

They are nice to you at first but over time they treat you like garbage. They nickel and dime you to death even when you leave there. They want their money in a hurry, but they take forever to give you your deposits back. Would not recommend at all for what they put people through!!!

My family and I had a great experience living in the Streamside Townhomes. Staff is very friendly, the property is very well maintained, and any maintenance requests were taken care of right away. They also host a lot of fun events to get all the neighbors together. Great place to live!
