I’m updating this to a 1-star review. After clarifying that my initial “firing” was a trauma response and expressing a clear desire to continue, I was met with total silence. My request for emergency custody help and visitation updates was ignored. I was billed for work that was never completed. I documented everything, sent organized evidence, and made it clear I was in crisis — as a mother, as a disabled client, and as someone whose child had been taken.
