I had a very bad experience yesterday with my hair color service. Before coming to the salon, I had done my hair color at home and it was two-toned. I wanted to fix the mid-lengths and ends, and also do a root touch-up since I have about 5% gray hair. This was my first visit, and Natalia was my stylist. I hate that Curl Transformation Salon merged into the Secret Garden. I love Angela and my experience with her, however the salon is disappointing coming from the Curl Transformation Salon. Part of the appeal was the ambiance of the Salon. The new location is very different than the other. Aside from being about 15 min longer for me to get there, in a congested area, and finding for and paying for parking depending on when the appointment is. I am a more mature woman with curly hair. It took me all this time to find out about salons that work exclusively with curly hair. I love Sabrina. She is very kind and takes her time cutting and styling your hair. I highly recommend her.

Overall a wonderful experience! The staff really do make you feel welcomed and care for your needs. Sabrina has cut my hair twice and she’s been a blessing since. I trusted her enough to cut 12+ inches this time around and I am in love!!! They teach you what is best for your hair, how to style it, and answer any and all questions. The salon itself is so beautiful, I highly recommend!!
