A very good variety of house cured meats. All very tasty. The staff is very good at explaining the differences between the options. Had the bone marrow which was excellent. In San Antonio for business. Will be back in 2 weeks, and I'll be back a Cured

It was eclectic. If your in the mod for that. Not a meat & potatoes kind of place. We likely would go back for appeys only. Favorite SA restaurant is Bliss still..... nobody else can compare...

Way too Hipster for me. Seemed like an exercise in how to make the most unusual dishes that no one has ever heard of, give tiny portions, and charge extra for it. If I'm going to pay $200 for a meal for two I want a nicely cooked steak with some good sides. Next time I will head to The Palm.

Very nice, creative and flavorful restaurant. Strong option for a nice dinner in San Antonio. I can see how they are aware offering the best they can in every aspect. I really enjoyed their facility as well

Brunch was incredible! The lemon sugar and jalapeño syrup on the chicken and donuts were a nice touch. Also, the Carrot & The Mule was an excellent cocktail.
