Let me tell you, this was the first time my wife and I went to cured and my wife is not a big fan of the aged and dried meats but she loved it so much. I'm currently a culinary student and had just finished my Garde Manger class and it was so fascinating to see all the different things that I didn't get to learn in class and to see a few favorites. everything tasted amazing and I have always highly recommended this place to everyone that hasn't tried it. This place has some amazing treats that I got to experience many of for the first time ever! Can't wait to come back!
A bit hipster, but still a nice atmosphere. Excellent selection for charcuterie meats, but a few cheeses would be nice. Entree was excellent, perfectly cooked. Had a nice variety of main dishes, including vegetarian options. We would definitely be back and recommend to others.
AWESOME SERVICE, FOOD, FOND MEMORIES, W/I 1/2 of a block from River Walk and museums!
