1. always place a desk at gate? no respect for customers. 2. glasses nose pads is broken after four or five months, I went to the sore, they told me I will pay extra fee for the replacement next time????........all the time, it's free to replace the node pads from other stores, event I didn't buy any products from other stores. 3. the most unpleasant purchase I have ever made

I have been going to this place since I moved to the South Bay 7 years ago. The lady working the front is very accommodating and patient with me and my family each time we are there. The service is relatively slow as there is only one person working the floor most of the days, but she's very accommodating and patient.

Best optometrist in Cupertino, especially if you are Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) speaking

Service is really slow. Be prepared to wait for 20 minutes even with an appointment. Do not try walk in, it will be forever wait (unless the store is empty I guess). On the other hand, the stuff there seemed very nice and he recommended cheap pairs of glasses to me that are within the cap of my insurance. Their price is a little higher than the cheaper e-stores you can find online, e.g. 5% more on contact lenses. I come to this store because it's closer to where I live.
