I have been going here for years, and Cupertino Village Optometry has a wonderful and attentive staff. They always go the extra mile. Highly recommend this place!!
I thought it was odd that an optometry practice next to 99 Ranch that has been around for 30 years would have so few reviews and would have so many negative reviews. I'd recommend checking them out. Both doctors speak native English and were educated in the US. I had my 5-year old daughter do an eye exam here. Dr. Shum was very patient and great with kids. 1. always place a desk at gate? no respect for customers. 2. glasses nose pads is broken after four or five months, I went to the sore, they told me I will pay extra fee for the replacement next time????........all the time, it's free to replace the node pads from other stores, event I didn't buy any products from other stores. 3. the most unpleasant purchase I have ever made
I have been going to this place since I moved to the South Bay 7 years ago. The lady working the front is very accommodating and patient with me and my family each time we are there. The service is relatively slow as there is only one person working the floor most of the days, but she's very accommodating and patient.
Best optometrist in Cupertino, especially if you are Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) speaking
