Wanted to leave a review about the great experience i had with Dan Wamungu. I came by very last minute without an appointment before lunch and he still took me on a tour of both nearby properties. Super friendly, took his time, & was very helpful with any questions i had. The whole tour was very easy and stress free with him!
Excellent apartments, great staff. A special shout out to Kristine Lapena for helping us in everything. Would highly recommend the place and the team.
I want to write about Andrew from after-hours emergency maintenance. He is super professional and nice. He came to fix and clean up everything for us (and some stuff that we could’ve cleaned on our own) within 10 minutes of our call on a Sunday night so we’re super appreciative of his help! I also want to write about Jess from the front desk. She is super helpful and friendly too. She always greets us with a huge smile and has helped us with all of our issues and questions very professionally and nicely :)
Being a resident here has been a great experience — and it’s one of the best buildings which I’ve ever had a chance to lease. Location is incredibly convenient and close to everything, residents are quiet and respectful of others, the amenities are top-notch, and the management staff does an exceptional job in communication and upkeep of the property. It’s truly a great place to live in Cupertino!
