One of the best resident services offices in any place I have lived! Jeanette, Michelle, and Kristine deserve a special shoutout, the most kind, patient, and helpful people I have seen in the industry. The building faces a park with huge floor to ceiling windows, with lots of greenery and fresh air. Maintenance is always prompt and efficient. Rent and utilities is very reasonable for Cupertino.

Wanted to leave a review about the great experience i had with Dan Wamungu. I came by very last minute without an appointment before lunch and he still took me on a tour of both nearby properties. Super friendly, took his time, & was very helpful with any questions i had. The whole tour was very easy and stress free with him!
Excellent apartments, great staff. A special shout out to Kristine Lapena for helping us in everything. Would highly recommend the place and the team.
