Recommendedschools walkin distance, TSU university across the street. U of H down the street. Bus line and train. Multipurpose center walking distance. seniors, chikdren, single parent house holds, single women or men! Programs on the property, Ymca. a lot of worshipping!
the kids around the apartment stay out at all hours of the night kicking peoples doors,vandalizing cars while the constables are out the office spent take any action on it at all but they will make u pay for it if u need it fixed. the paint peels in the apartment or the bath tub as soon as u ask for it to be fixed there a charge for that even tho the job was done poorly. I would suggest anyone who has to be placed here to fight to relocate.
