I hate when I have to buy parts here. It’s always a mess. If I have to go to their warehouse to pick them up; it’s always a 2-3 hour process. The worker has to stop watching tictok, walk to the shelf-get my part and hand it to me. This usually takes 2 to 3 hours. One time it took 4 hours and I lost my shit or I would still be standing there this day waiting for the guy to get my part for me. 😡

We are an independent parts store who tries to always take care of our customer by getting the items they need and save them the time of running after parts, so we purchased NOX Sensors, which had a core deposit for the old parts, from Cummins Southern Plains Fort Worth in May. We don't drive to Fort Worth daily, so when we have runs in that direction, we do our pickups and returns. Today, we tried to return some cores today and the staff said they were outside the 90 days and could not do a return. I asked to see the policy... read more
