I visited to get my shoulder pain evaluated and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire staff was welcoming and conducted a very thorough assessment. David, who took my X-rays, was extremely professional, and I was thrilled to receive my results within just two hours. The care is very affordable—especially for Cummins employees. I highly recommend them!
Pathetic and rude employees, gone downhill. I don't know why Cummins leadership won't take any action if this center is for the wellbeing of employees.
Went in here to discuss short term disability for long-term issues with OCD and needing ERP therapy and was instead dismissed and told by Emily Behling, a nurse practicioner, “I don’t think you need out of work for that.” I attend college full-time and work a lot of hours and was ready to get my OCD under control that I have dealt with since age 10. Lab misplaced my blood draws and waited a full week to send me a message instead of calling and showing up for their mistake. Unacceptable to misplace a sample and just ask the patient to go for another draw, will find a more serious lab and facility for my next checkup
Worst experience I've ever had. They were running behind so I was rushed and when I brought up the concerns I wanted the appointment for they said I'd have to make another appointment because they didn't have time because of them being behind. They brushed anything I said off to the point I finally stood up and said I was leaving. My husband has been here for an urgent care and they were fantastic then but this time when I actually had an appointment I couldn't have felt less important.
