Don’t trust the service center. My husband spent 1,500 to fix AC. They blew it out and still never worked right and so they put another part on it. A few days later it completely went out. They said they needed another 1,200 to replace compressor. These guys are morons!!
On a road trip across the country, my car had problems near Weatherford, OK. Not knowing what to do, I stopped at the Cummings Chrysler dealership at the next exit. Everyone was SO NICE! Tony Weaver (who I believe is the service manager) took such good care of us and was so kind and helpful. If I lived in the area, this is the only place I would take my car for service!!
Cummins has always bent over backwards to help with any purchase or trade in we have had. Top notch!
My husband bought his truck from Cummins on August 2nd. By August 16th we were heading home from family’s house when his tire started wobbling and fell off blocking the only entrance/exit to the neighborhood. He tried calling the dealership directly, no answer and we were an hour from home so we could not get the number of our salesman Cody from the business card we had.
