If you believe that there is a social contract that dealerships cost more but will fix your car right the first time and wont jerk you around on parts because they already charge a high base price for everthing then you believe in an outdated fantasy. Don’t trust the service center. My husband spent 1,500 to fix AC. They blew it out and still never worked right and so they put another part on it. A few days later it completely went out. They said they needed another 1,200 to replace compressor. These guys are morons!!

On a road trip across the country, my car had problems near Weatherford, OK. Not knowing what to do, I stopped at the Cummings Chrysler dealership at the next exit. Everyone was SO NICE! Tony Weaver (who I believe is the service manager) took such good care of us and was so kind and helpful. If I lived in the area, this is the only place I would take my car for service!!
