Highly recommend Cummins! Chance and Daniel in the service department provide excellent service and are great to work with.
Disappointing experience. Ryan Kincanon was unresponsive, lacked product knowledge, and made the process more stressful than it needed to be. Communication was poor, and I didn’t feel valued as a customer. I expected a more professional experience from this dealership.
Had some truck issues on a road trip from Santa Fe to St. Louis and stopped into this dealership to have it looked at. Even though it was near closing they got my truck in and fixed. Great service and people to talk with. 100% recommend this dealership.
***UPDATE*** A couple days later and another shop and we learned we were pretty much screwed by them. They gave us a diagram of a fuel hose they replaced (and "kindly didn't charge us"😡for the hose. But once it actually got looked at they actually repaired a 1 foot section, not where the diagram showed.
