We had a great service experience with getting our water heater replaced after it failed. ***** came out the same day and was able to complete the job in just a couple hours. Both he and the office staff were polite and courteous. Everything was done professionally and it was done for the quoted price with no unexpected additions.

I informed the office I would like a free estimate for **********. When he arrived, the plumber said a $350 fee is required for a camera inspection and that all companies charge a fee for that service. It is untrue---Ram Plumbing and All-In Plumbing arrived earlier, conducted the camera inspection and no fee was charged! The visiting plumber also went over what was viewed and explained the options I had. It took close to two hours and it ended with an estimate. Again, no payment for this service!!!

I have a partially clogged drain I agreed to have cleared. I chose their middle option in the $400 range. While the tech was snaking the drain he added an extension which got stuck. He told me he was going to dig the pipe up cut out a section to remove his stuck equipment. At no charge to me. A little while later the tech told me another tech (I guess) was coming with a camera. When the other tech arrive he started telling me they were going to need to dig up my front patio to remove his tool. If I didnt want him to do that ... read more
