We hired Cummings Plumbing to repipe our home. Their price was very reasonable and the work they did was outstanding. Their repipe crew were true professionals and explained what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. Their drywall crew addressed every opening, minimized the dust factor while repairing the walls and their cleanup was spectacular. *********

I had Cummings come out to give an estimate for our new sink installation. Our new sink (*ut in as an under mount with our new granite countertop) was 3" lower than the previous sink. When they cam, they said that they would need to have our cabinets removed (remember new countertop) and that they would need to open the drywall behind the cabinets, to lower the drain. We thought we had a supply leak in our underground plumbing called Cummings plumbing. After they inspected, they told me we needed to repipe our 2 bathrooms and it would cost $10,000. It turned out it was just water sitting under the tile in our shower from a bad tile job done by Chads renovation LLC 3 years prior. We ripped out the shower and that solved the water problem. I called them because my water heater wasnt heating the water, he came in my house walked over to the water heater looked at it never touched it and said you need a new water heater. I said when can you get it and hes like Monday because the distributing center is closed. Told him never mind well do it ourselves. Shut the front door turned around to go back in the living room and he knocked on the door 10 minutes later and said we can do today but its going to cost $8000 because its the holidays. The water temperature on my 10 year old hot water heater was fluctuating from freezing cold to scolding hot and was likely near the end of its life given ******'s notorious hard water issues. I called Cummings and they were able to send someone to my home the next day for a free estimate for replacement. I ended up getting 4 quotes from different vendors, and while Cummings wasn't the cheapest, it was 33% less than the highest quote (which comes with extra year of warranty and extra features). I would like to commend Cummings employee, ***************************. He arrived promptly at the precise time he said he would, to provide an estimate for an air conditioner/furnace. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.. He later provided me with a couple of estimates on different brands of air conditioners via email. I am not able to afford the air conditioners at this time, but wanted to express my appreciation for this employee. Cummings Plumbing came to my house to look at my AC unit that was not cooling properly and said the unit needed to be replaced and sent me an invoice for $15,000 for a new unit. I had a different company come to the house to look at the unit and they found that a blown fuse was the problem and fixed it for $238. This is an unscrupulous company trying to fool people so they can make big profits. I recommend that other people never use this company and find someone else. So sad people have to be this way.

I had a slow, 'insufficient' flush on my master toilet. Plunger helped alleviate, but not solve, the problem. I called Cummings. Two service personnel arrived, flushed the toilet, opened the water reservoir and, after they used my plunger (as I had done), they announced that the problem was poor water flow. They then did a hard sell on replacing all three of the toilets in my house. They gave me quotes depending on the type of toilet I chose (Good, Better, Best).
