***************************. plumber, that they sent out to review our situation had no idea what he was looking at and could not explain proper;y what needed to be done with our 27 year old hot water recirculaing system pump system. As for our training regimen, we have Plumbing and HVAC code classes weekly. We can always get better in my view, however this situation looks like a "swing and a miss". Would have given ZERO stars if possible. They were called to come out to detect a leak. They never found it even though we had already isolated the area where the leak should be. They said my 91 year old mother needed a complete replumb of her house which would cost $******. We had set up an appointment to discuss this since it was a huge cost and our mother gets flustered causing her to understand. The plumber was a nice, knowledgable young man. The women on the phone couldnt have been nicer. The plumber found two situations that could have been traumatic that we were not aware of until his visit. We were VERY fortunate to find this company!

If I have to give Cummings plumbing a star rating it would have been zero stars. We had a $17,000 air conditioning installed once I was approved. They didn't gave me a chance to say if I really wanted it or a chance to even look else where for prices. They moved in without notice. They installed the air conditioning to the best that suited them. Well the first time that it rained they were called out to fix the leak. They were once again called out to fix the same leak. I called Cummings PLumbing on 12/1 because my shower drain was backing up. They said someone would be out between 2 and 4 the next day. At three o'clock they called and said the guy would be late, more like 4 to 6. I received one more call, telling me he was running late. That was the last I heard from anyone. No one showed up and no one called. I certainly didn't call Cummings because I didn't want to do business with them.
