**** ********* of Cummings Plumbing and a trainee arrived on time and were very pleasant. They installed the water heater quickly, quietly and without leaving a mess. We would recommend this company.
We have used Cummings Plumbing for our apartment units for many years. I was so pleased I was able to make a same-day appointment for one of our tenants whose thermostat was not functioning properly. ****, the technician actually was able to do the repair earlier than expected and called in advance to make sure that was OK. His service was professional, efficient and helpful in showing the basics of how to operate the new thermostat to the tenant and me. I recommend Cummings Plumbing whenever I get an opportunity!
Scheduling a New Years Day repair was quick and easy. ****** the responding tech, and his assistant were on-time, very professional, and personable. They explained everything during and after the repair. Estimates and receipts were performed electronically and sent by email. I wouldn't hesitate to use ***** and Cummings Plumbing in the future

Just wonderful. I am so relieved that your company can do the liners and the furnace replacement. The other bid we got involved major down time and floor excavation. They determined what was wrong with my gas lines and explained in a way I could easily understand the alternative ways to deal with my problem and the cost of each solution and did not pressure me to make a decision right away when I indicated I would have to consider the alternatives.
