**** came out and was professional and informative. Have had many dealing with the office, they too have been refreshing accommodating and appreciative to be of service. Very noticeable in today business world. Now comes the repipe so hopefully they will continue to get high marks.
This is an excellent company with fantastic customer service. We were provided superb service by your HVAC Technician. He was very courteous, professional and willingly explained the adjustments he needed to make. He made a recommendation to change our filter more frequently to prevent the same issue in the future. We highly recommend Cummings Plumbing for HVAC and plumbing needs.

******* and his apprentice were on time, so very pleasant and really listened to what my concerns were. After we discussed my concerns, I also inquired about another one regarding water pressure in a shower. ******* gave me a few recommendations as to what I could do regarding the shower head without involving major plumbing work. I would definitely recommend Cummings plumbing and strongly recommend ******* as Cummings representative.
Cummings wrote on the invoice "Band-aid Approach" to fixing a basic repair and immediate solution to our faucet. The charge was $333.51. The garbage disposal was replaced with a charge of $438.00. Total charge for one and a half hours of work, $771.51. Way too high! We'll never call them again and will tell everyone about the excessive charge. We called ****** the manager. He said those were standard rates of Cummings.

Jason came on time and did a wonderful job. Knows what he is doing! Also give me some advice on another plumbing problem which i appreciated.
They provided excellent service including describing heating and cooling system options and offering insights and advice.
Had what seemed to be a simple issue with bathtub faucet. Other plumbers had no solution. *** came in with a temporary (free) solution and informed me of the complex nature of the issue. He described in full detail and explained in a way I could comprehend. 100% positive experience for a very negative situation.
