I have called Cummings Plumbing a number of times over the years, for various household plumbing repairs and water heater replacement. I have always been pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism, the quality of their service, and their post work cleanup. I would recommend them, and intend to call Cummings for my future plumbing service needs.

***** did an excellent job at my house! He was extremely polite and professional, and he knew what he was doing. Ours was a bit of a tough problem, but he kept working at it until he got it resolved. Prompt service when we need help right away. The employees did a good job. I thought the quoted prices were way too high, but we needed a fix right away. They did the job well but a competitive company quoted a price of $300 to pump a septic. Cummings charged me $725 (which in the end included snaking the line). Also the initial price to snake the line was $500, even before we found out that the septic needed to be emptied. Again I thought that was too much.

Trying to get return phone calls from Cummings has been terrible. It took many calls to them until I finally got a return phone call. I received a quote that only had a price for the work requested with no details at all as to what I was paying for. I made many more calls and finally got to talk with the person who came out to look at the work and asked for a detailed estimate. The response was a curt, "Fine" and a hang up. A whole crew worked on replacing all interior plumbing, all outside plumbing, a new hot water heater, and a whole new outside gas line. The crew was very diligent, on time, and very professional. They were polite, and cleaned up all the areas very well. This was no easy task, and I would recommend them to anyone.
