Both of the men that worked on the heating, refrigerator and hot water system at our house were terrific, friendly, helpful and even kept an eye on my mother who has had a stroke and tolerated our pesky poodle who always wanted to play ball with your men. Beware of Cummings Heating and Plumbing Buyer Beware. Contacted Cummings Heating and Plumbing on for repair service. received call back at 11:20 AM inorming me that a repairman would arrive in :20 to :30. repairman arrived at approx. 11:45 AM. Repair broken valve and line and presented me a bill at 12:30 PM for $215 which included 1 1/2 hrs of labor!! I immediately contacted the office (at 12:37 PM) to complain. Tricky First of all, we have been pleased with the plumbing work Cummings had done in the past. Unfortunately, an experience with an A/C repairman destroyed our trust and we will never go to Cummings again and we will warn others as well. Our A/C was not working so we had a Fidel from Cummings come look at it and he said we needed a new A/C unit for almost $5,000 and was pushy. We of course got another quote and come to find out it was just the thermostat and Fidel had disconnected the wires to make it look like we needed a ... read more
