I switched to this Practice just under a year ago. My initial impression was that it wouldn't work out because I also didn't find the receptionist to be friendly/helpful/attentive. However, I had scheduled two appointments, one with each NP and both were fantastic. Since that time, I have had to call and schedule appointments and the person answering is friendly and patient. Let me start off by saying that the doctors are good. Love Dr Chin, however, pretty terrible customer service. The receptionists never answer the phone or return calls. And it sounds like you're bothering them when you try to conduct business. The wait times are mind-bogglingly long. The other reviewers are NOT exaggerating. You will wait no less than 45 mins after your scheduled appointment.
