I came here to purchase a part for my Malibu and the moment I came into the lot, no one even paid attention to me. I sat in the service line for about 5 mins while the staff was ignoring me. I was walking around asking for help and they didn't seem to want to be bothered. I wanted to speak to someone about a possible trade in or purchase of a new vehicle but the staff were dismissive.
