My car is fine, the oil change was finished as expected. The dealerships service however is extremely poor. i received a call at 10:35am to have additional services done. We declined based on scheduling, but planned on taking the technicians advice. I then called at 3:45pm asking if my car was ready to be picked up and was told it was ready since 10:30am.
