I suspect they're ran like many other dealerships - understaffed, by choice. Was on hold for 20 mins, never received any help, just hung up and contacted their competition who actually helped right off the bat.
My experience with the service department was swift and smooth. Personnel was friendly.. explained everything and was out of there in no time. Thank you
Friendly staff, not pushy. They listen to your needs. They take the time to explain all the new features on the new vehicles. We traded in / upgraded our 2026 rst for a 2026 LTZ... very smooth process.
