Today I waited an hour for them to dilate my left eye for a laser treatment because they skipped over me, again. Then another hour waiting to get the treatment. I’d really like to know why I’m always here for 2+ hours for every appointment...how hard can it be to keep on track and get people in and out for a simple treatment. Make that 2.5+ hours today. The staff efficiency sucks. Oh and you really need to clean the machines before the next person comes in.
I believe Dr. Hu has a God given talent. I Thank God for being sent to Dr. Hu.

I have nothing but the highest regards for my Dr and the Staff Dr. Wro and his team are extremely gentle and kind. Eye disease is certainly not easy! My 2 years have been Pleasant and I want to say Thank You!
