our Ac has been out for going on three nights. The manag gives us the run around. I am thankful and I try to see the bright side of it... but it's not professional how we've been taken care of. They are closed now today so it will be another night without AC. just kind of crazy. The neighborhood is peaceful . I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Cumberland Apartment! The landlord and the manager are very kind and friendly, always ready to help when needed. The environment is clean and well-maintained, with brand new wooden floors, a new kitchen, and a new refrigerator — everything feels fresh and modern. Water and trash services are free, which is a big plus. The neighbors are also very friendly and kind, creating a peaceful and welcoming community. Highly recommended! New owner
