RUN DON'T WALK away from this company. Called 1/9 for gas was told be right out, called 1/11 same story, called 1/16 again lied to, called 1/19 and supposedly emails were sent out to delivery supervisor and office manager in Springfield and they were to call as soon as they got the emails, guess what, still waiting for the phone call and still no gas.
I have used Cumberland River for years. I have always received excellent customer service from Debra and James. Deliveries have always been timely.
We called and ordered gas over 2 weeks ago on 1/9/18 we had about 38% we have called several times to Little River Propane which is under UPG they either don't answer the phone and you have to leave a message AND THEY DO NOT CALL YOU BACK or I have got the girl to answer a couple if times first time I told her it had been over a week and we were down to 20% and the 1 other time I got her to answer we were down to 10% both times she would not tell me when I could get a delivery she just said they were behind and would get to ... read more
We have been waiting for 2 weeks for out propane. We called in and were told it would be 5 days at 7 days we called and left message at 10 days called and left another message then again at 14 days. What gives???????? I know the snow has caused some delays but you could at least call your customers and let them know something.
I've been trying to get them to deliver gas out here in Bucksville Road for over a week know.. I'm sitting on less than 5 percent and can't get a hold of anyone and I have a house full of kids and need some kind of heat.. never had a problem before.. don't owe them any money..just don't understand what the problem is why no one can answer the phone so u can find out something.. I'm sick of calling and calling and calling.. I don't know what more to do..yes.. I'm very upset right now..
Still waiting for refund check. Been waiting since October 2015. Called numerous times. Its now end of January 2016. Things that make you go hmmmm.
