RecommendedBest prices around. Because they have great rates it does take several tries to get a call through and usually it takes 1-2 weeks for delivery but the staff are always super friendly and since propane is our only source of heating I appreciate the lower rates.
Great at taking your money, awful at delivering. The office was scheduled three different delivery dates over the last two weeks, we still have no propane.
this company has owed me a refund for over 3 MONTHS and the ever so unprofessional clerk Tiffany who took my credit card number for payment manages to tell me she can't help me and she can't reach corporate any better than a customer can?! ... I bet if TIFFANY didn't get her paycheck she could get ahold of someone 🤷
They are not professional had about 15 to 20% of gas and call to order 100 gallons of course they didn't make it out before I ran out. I called and told them that I've ran out and have five kids in the house and is the coldest time of year and the woman told me it was not her fault that the tank ran out so now I'm trying to get a refund because I have recently switch companies and went to Fortners now they say it could take 3 months before I get my $255 back this place is a joke

Very good customer service. Have never had problems with delivery.
Lousy service. My son ordered propane two weeks ago. Still not delivered. Was assured yesterday it would be there today.
Very disappointed. Been trying for over a week now to get propane delivered and finally received a call back yesterday, was told someone would contact me to get set up for delivery and still haven’t heard anything. Been without propane, and heat and have an infant in the house. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to contact someone? I’ve now left 4 voicemails on 4 different days.
