Doesn’t ever answer the phone after calling MULTIPLE times and leaving messages. I do not recommend anyone doing business with this company. They do not make themselves available to customers.
This company needs to be more accessible to customers via phone. They need to answer the phone or at least return calls. On the rare occasion when the phone was answered, the person on their end was nice. Order placed a week ago. No delivery yet, but the charge has already posted on our credit card. Card should not be charged until delivery takes place. Poor customer service. Update: an hour after the above was posted, delivery came. Still a problem with phone/customer service, though. My grandmother had been trying to get her bottle gas (propane) filled for two weeks and has yet to get it delivered. It is to the point where if she can't get an answer as to when her tank will be filled, we will take our business elsewhere.
We called this company around the 25th of November to fill up our propane tank. We were told it could be up to 30 days before they came to fill it up. It is now December 28th...we were told a week and a half ago we were second on the list. Keep in mind, we’ve had multiple freezing nights since then. They know they have part of a monopoly as it’s not like there’s a lot of gas companies to choose from. Shame on you for taking advantage of this. Honestly if your counting on them to do anything by their word don’t hold your breath. I know things happen but come on?!?! Run around for over 3 months... beyond pathetic!!!!!
Needed gas put in my tank. Had 2 seperate pre buys. Only wanted one of those delivered. Called and of course no one answered the phone, so left a message. Called back couple more times, still no one answered. So when I came home ticket was in my door and what did they do...they delivered both of the pre buys. That is why they need to answer the phone so people can tell them what they would like done. Well, I guess the 1 stars are right. I’ve called and called... 4 calls, left messages three times and finally got a call back saying someone would come to my home to inspect where everything would go ANDDDDD, two weeks later no one has called or came. �����

seriously!!! answer the phone or at least return phone calls from people who spend their hard-earned money with your company. extremely unprofessional!
