I've loved living here! Since the day I moved in, the staff was incredibly accommodating and so helpful. Since then, they've addressed any maintenance repairs I've needed quickly and always checked in. Everyone is so friendly and I am very thankful to live here.

I would like to know if anyone else has had problems with mold and water damage in their apartments? See pics in my comments...
Early in October I began receiving notices in my door stating that we were nearing the end of our leasing term. Both of these notices included flyers stating that if we renewed our lease by the end of October there would be ZERO increase in our rent. We had initially made the decision to renew for another six months even though there have been plenty of instances regarding the leasing and maintenance staff that made us want to do otherwise.
