Would highly recommend you don’t rent from these people. We were told multiple times we would be able to view an apartment similar to the one we would be moving into but cancelled on last minute. Also paid a fee to hold an apartment and told that if we eventually changed our mind that we would be refunded. Of course all of that was a lie. Jeanette is also very unprofessional.
RecommendedTanera and the other staff members are all so friendly and helpful. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests and we love that the community is pet friendly.

I haven't lived here long but so far my experience has been wonderful. The office staff is so kind and responsive. I have mostly dealt with Amanda and she is always very pleasant and professional. Also, I have met several friendly neighbors who seem to have nothing but good things to say about living there. I sit on my balcony every night and usually someone always talks to me. :) It feels like a close-knit community. And my apartment has the BEST natural light. I don't like the way the apartment complex handles how the lower levels flood the apartments and then try to charge the residence for the carpet stain afterwards.
So beyond thankful for Amanda in the front office!! She was beyond helpful and we are so excited for our new home !! Thank you so much Amanda !
I've lived here for over two years now after moving from California. Beautiful and well-maintained property, great and attentive staff, large and quiet apartment and community. One of the nicest places I've ever lived, anywhere. Highly recommended!
