I'm visiting from FL and have used this gas station before. Today when I pumped gas at #5 I used a credit card and was charged $61.77 with 1/4 tank still in the car. I didn't get a receipt at the pump but knew something was wrong. I have a 2017 Sonata and it says it pumped 16.26 gallons at $3.79 a gallon. The problem was I didn't pick Premium gas and my car doesn't have a 20 gallon tank. The assistant manager Nick wasn't helpful at all. He accused me of choosing the Premium which I definitely didn't. I don't understand the negative reviews—my experience here is always perfect! The gas is top-quality, the coffee is delicious, and the pastries are always fresh. Best of all, the customer service is incredibly polite and welcoming. I always feel comfortable and know I'll be treated with respect. This is my go-to station for a reason!
They advertise a certain special with candy 2 for 4. They say it went in for 2 for 4. I go to pump my gas and you see they charged me 8 dollars. I go back to the register to get my 4 dollars back. The staff acts dumbfounded. I don’t know how because after I was rang out I asked if I was charge only 4 bucks and was told yes.
