I must say that I am not one who likes going to a Dentist. A bad experience as a child made me hate going. But today I found my visit delightful. The staff was friendly and they listen to what I had to say. It was honestly a Joy to go. We now have a plan to move forward on and I'm excited about. I can't say enough about the entire team. They were caring and worked around my fears of needles. Dr Shanks is outstanding and will be my Dentist from now on. I felt like I was important to him and his team. First visit to Northside; When you go to a business for the first visit, there is always some doubts or worries. After my cleaning and visit with the Doctor I am comfortable with the efficiency of the hygienist and the rest of the office staff that I met. I am one of those patients that judge an office or a business by it's employees. I was pleased with it all. It is clean and I had no waiting period.
