The atmosphere was both comfortable and professional. Dr Grace Gavric and her staff were right on point as usual.
Over the last two days I have had my teeth cleaned and a broken filling replaced. This was my first visit to this particular dentist. They were incredibly warm, welcoming and make me feel very comfortable while at the same time were extremely efficient. I do not normally like change so I was a bit unsure about the new things I would encounter such as the "Wand" used to inject the anesthetic. From the moment I walked in the door, every single person I encountered was warm, friendly and helpful. I spent the most time with a very knowledgeable technician, Amanda. She gave me a deep cleaning on one side of my mouth and I never felt any discomfort whatsoever (she also asked me throughout the cleaning if I ok) even later when the topical wore off. As usual my visit to Drs. Kerr & Gavric was pleasant. Amanda Lang is efficient and very pleasant. I was actually in her chair less time than it took me to get there and I am secure in the fact that my teeth are now clean. Dr. Grace, as usual, was efficient and lit up the room with that smile of hers. I have been more satisfied with them as my dentist than I have ever been in my entire life.
It was absolutely wonderful! I just had my teeth fixed so they wouldn't look so pointy and now they look normal and beautiful! The same day a stranger said my smile was radiant! Thank you do much!!!
