The staff makes me feel comfortable at every visit.
Amanda (hygenist) was great. Laura (reception/billing) was great. They took me a few minutes early. I've had consistently great and personal service from Dr. Kerr's office for years. Highly recommended.
Front office was great in letting me know of times available for my needed treatment. I'm such a nervous person when it comes to the dentist, that without their follow up I may very well have NOT made an appointment. Staff did a great job making me comfortable with the process and in the end, there was NO pain or discomfort in replacing my crown.
Best dental experience I have ever partaken in. Kind and courteous staff!
I just love the staff and everyone makes you feel warm and fuzzy.
Staff is incredibly friendly...Maybe my former dentists were just not that good but these folks are great. They make you feel at home from the minute you walk in. I had only been in once before but they knew who I was. I love the email and text reminders prior to your appointment date as well just in case you forgot to mark it down on your calendar.
