The work done on my teeth was fantastic! Dr Kerr & Melissa explained the work to be done throughout the process. The ginger cookies at the end are a special touch. ;)
Always a pleasant visit!! The office staff are always very friendly, the dental assistants are great, and Dr. Gavric is the best! They are always very organized, efficient, and aware of how important your time is. Highly recommend them
I have been going to Dr. Kerr for over 10 years and he is wonderful! His staff as well! I went in today thinking I had lost a filling l but Dr. Kerr confirmed that I actually did not and it was possibly just a tiny chip. He smoothed it and I was on my way in 10 minutes. I highly recommend his practice!
Received a thorough teeth cleaning which was fast and painless. Hygienist Jenevieve pointed out that my dental insurance plan would cover the cost of optional fluoride treatment, so of course I accepted it. I have recommended this dental practice to family and co-workers.
Every single person takes the time to get to know you and what you have going on. The service is unbelievable and the dentists never push you to get work you don't need. I truly trust and enjoy going to this office.

Awesome Staff. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable and at home. Samantha did a great job of explaining and addressing my concerns. Dr Kerr was very friendly and informative as well. The exam is very thorough and they take the time do do the job right. Very pleased overall.
My experience was excellent and met my every expectation. This was a pre-established concern of mine after having been with the same Dentist for 32 years in Kingsport TN. I look forward to the excellent care that I know I am going to recieve. Jeff L. Hurd
