I tried Dr Kerr's office for the first time for a regular cleaning and exam. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and I didn't have to wait long. The hygienist was gentile and scraped instead of water blasting according to my request. Dr Kerr performed a thorough review and sent me on my way. Great first time experience.
Always a pleasure. No waiting, Amanda does a great job and is always so pleasant. Dr. Grace did not find any cavities. I'm happy. Also love Laura.
Very good experience. Explained the procedures very well and gave me a detailed patient summary of the procedures they recommend for me. Dr Kerr was very through and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I never felt he was rushing to see other patients.
This was my first visit to see Dr. Kerr. After making the appointment by phone I received an email with the link to their website where I could fill out the new patient information. This made checking in very easy and fast. The staff was great. Everyone seemed to enjoy their work and took time to talk to me and answer any questions. From start to finish EVERYTHING went well. I'll be back!
They got me in to see the hygienist very quickly with no wait. She was sooo nice. I got a cleaning and an evaluation and they seem to do a very thorough job. They were also very friendly and professional. Oh and something really important to me is that they verified my insurance ahead of time and were very transparent about costs for my treatment. The worse thing is going to the doctor/dentist and being told you need a bunch of tests/treatments that you get and then end up with a huge surprise bill later. Hopefully the rest ... read more
Always get great service at Kerr and Gavric! The staff is awesome!!
I felt comfortable with this office beginning with the reservation person, hygienist, and the doctor (Grace Gavric). I explained I was a more "conservative" patient and didn't want to be "sold" things I didn't need. I believe they honored that. I liked that I could see my x-rays right there on a TV screen. Great place for my dental work. They were also able to send those x-rays to an endodontist for some extra evaluation. That was impressive!
