Purchased a 2021 Dodge Charger in December of 2020 the car had a recall just after purchase and we called every month for a year only to be told the parts wasn't available. In January 2022 the parts were ordered and we was assured this issue would be taken care of before we moved out of state. Now I have to get the recall work done in Florida, Cumberland auto is a complete joke!!!

The (manufacturer) releases recall noticed (in this case) without a resolution. Then when they do have a fix (a lot of times) the parts are unavailable/back-ordered (as in this case). We did have a part for him on his recent visit, but this recall requires a glass company to pull & reseal the windshield. We could not find a local glass company that could do the work that day (or this week). I understand his frustration, but a lot of this is/was out of our control.
