Bought a truck back in July last year…. They were great during the sale..of course… but once the transaction was complete, it’s like they are done with you. I bought a 2023 Ram 3500 and wanted the gooseneck hitch for the bed. They said they would get me one cause it didn’t have it……. I’ve called for months and months and they keep saying they will call and find out and then nothing. Service manager is about to call him and schedule for his recall. We have recall parts & gooseneck hitch in stock. I don't know who he spoke to originally, but no doubt the ball was dropped on our end. We changed our phone system about 2 weeks ago and have had issues with calls being transferred to wrong departments. We are currently working to fix this. Our sincerest apologizes.
Great service with the recent purchase of a jeep wagoneer.
We took our Jeep Compass in for service and met Jason. What a great experience. This Jeep service department is the exception. They were open and honest, took care of the vehicle and were extremely fair. A great experience all around. A big "Thank You!" To Cumberland Jeep.
We took our Jeep Wrangler in for regular service, and did not require an appointment. Once the service was completed, the team notified me that we had a service plan as part of the purchase from another state. It would have been very easy for the to have charged for the service, yet I so much appreciate the integrity. That is not an easy thing to find these days. Great job!!!
We recently purchased a Ram 2500 from this dealership. Their attention to us was perfect. Everything was just as they said it would be when we ordered. 120 miles from home, The water pump locked up on my Ram 3500 on I-40. Called the service dept. to ask if they could work me in. Checked with the parts department to verify one in stock and thank goodness they had one. Limped to the dealership and they jumped right on it. I could not have asked for better service. Actually the best service I've ever had from a dealership service department. Thanks Mike and the rest.

Prices have went up on everything, but despite that as usual Cumberland RAM took care of me as promptly and professionally as to be expected from a great dealer. Recommend all their dealerships in the Cumberland Auto Mall as we have bought vehicles and had serviced from *** also. Top rated no pressure dealer with great staff.
Purchased a 2021 Dodge Charger in December of 2020 the car had a recall just after purchase and we called every month for a year only to be told the parts wasn't available. In January 2022 the parts were ordered and we was assured this issue would be taken care of before we moved out of state. Now I have to get the recall work done in Florida, Cumberland auto is a complete joke!!!
Business response:
The (manufacturer) releases recall noticed (in this case) without a resolution. Then when they do have a fix (a lot of times) the parts are unavailable/back-ordered (as in this case). We did have a part for him on his recent visit, but this recall requires a glass company to pull & reseal the windshield. We could not find a local glass company that could do the work that day (or this week). I understand his frustration, but a lot of this is/was out of our control.
